Archery Club

Welcome to the club!

Participants that successfully complete Beginning and Intermediate courses will be selected by their Coach to join our archery team/club.

You have just joined the most successful team in Michigan.

Our club is really two programs under one umbrella.

For members under the age of 20, we call this program JOAD. JOAD is short for Junior Olympic Archery Development.

For members over the age of 20 (21+), we call this program AADP. AADP is short for Adult Archery Development Program.

Each program has its own Mastery criteria. You will commonly hear these referred to as “Pins”. I would describe them as similar to “belts” in martial arts. Our Black Belt is called a Gold Olympian.

Participants will receive:

• Advanced, always evolving curriculum. We actively seek new ways to explain a concept.
• The option to join US Archery and gain access to:
  • Achievement pins
  • Insurance
  • Eligibility to participate in sanctioned tournaments.
• Eligible to enroll in a Platinum Unlimited Range Pass. Unlimited weekly practice for just $20 a month.
• Access to private lessons by elite coaches not available to the public.
• Access to specialized camps, seminars or team events as available.
• Eligible to order custom team apparel.
• Access to team travel agent to minimize event travel costs.
• Equipment discounts at local archery shops. Talk to your coach to find out which shops give a discount and for how much.
