Open Range Archery

We are the only ones who make equipment available for FREE, others (if you are lucky) rent for a fee almost equal to the cost of open range time.  We believe that this is an amazing sport that needs to be shared with as many people as possible.

We offer an orientation to every first-time guest. Open Range is perfect for beginners (archers with little to no experience) who need a little encouragement to get started. This offers a low-cost opportunity to try the sport before considering if classes are right for you.

Indoor Range location: 3863 Rochester Rd. Troy MI 48083 (Around the back of the building, on the second floor. Trust us -  it exists)

The range will be closed for Open Range on February 26th as our team competes at NAA Indoor Nationals in Mason MI.

Public Hours

Public hours are perfect for first timers. We have a coach on staff to help you get started. Please check the special events section above for closings due to holiday or special events. Please arrive 1 hour before closing time. We do not accept appointments for Open Range, this is a walk in program. Ask us how to reserve an entire range for yourself.

 

  • Saturday 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm
  • Sunday 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm

 

Individual rates:

$6 for 1/2 hr

$10 hr

$18 2hrs for 1 (Save 10%)

Group Specials:

$32 2hrs for 2 (Save 20%)

$56 2hrs for 4 (Save 30%)

 

If you have your own equipment, and don't require assistance from a coach, other session times may be available.

Our range requires that all participants wear closed-toed shoes. Sandals and Flip-flops, which do not enclose the toe, are not permitted for participants. Spectators are welcome to wear these types of shoes.

Member Hours

Availability limited at times due to class size limitations. Participants in classes will be accomodated first. 

Range space is limited to 20 participants.

Saturday 9am - 9pm

Sunday 9am - 12:30pm, 2pm - 6pm

(No sessions from 12:30pm to 2pm due to full BEG/INT)

Our newest program gives archers looking for increased practice time a more affordable option to open range rates. We are always looking for ways to increase access for archers to get more range time and this is a great new way to maximize your training dollar.

All plans require a credit card for recurring billing. We do not accept monthly cash or check payments for membership fee's.

Platinum Unlimited

 

$20.00 mo

Our highest level Range Pass is only available to current members of our JOAD/AADP program. This plan level was created to minimize the cost of regular practice time for our most passionate archers. Includes Unlimited Member hours at a discounted price. Link only works for members who have met the above criteria.

Gold Unlimited 

$40 Month

Month to Month. Membership will continue indefinitely until cancelled. Cancel at any time.

$33 Month

3 Month Minimum Pass membership duration. Membership will continue indefinitely until cancelled, but you may cancel at any time after 3 months.

$25 Month

6 Month Minimum Pass membership duration. Memberships will continue indefinitely until cancelled, but you may cancel at any time after 6 months.
