That is why Rising Phoenix Archery is committed to a Hassle Free Guarantee.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your registration for any class, for any reason ... you can*. Please notify us 24 hrs before the program begins so that we can inform someone on our waiting list that we have an opening.

Just give us a call, send a text or email. Simple.


Refund Policy*

If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will issue a full refund of your class program fee. Simple.

Just notify us within 48 hrs of the end of your session date.

Rising Phoenix Archery reserves the rights to amend or update these policies at any time.

*Range Passes/Memberships with contracts may not be cancelled prior to the end stated term. Refunds for unused memberships are not available. Events with contracts must comply with all stated terms for cancellation period.  Deposits for bookings are non refundable if cancellation is less than 7 days notice.
